Holiday Lights Decor NJ provides professional holiday lighting installation, maintenance, removal, and storage services throughout New Jersey.

2.2 Service Agreement

Specific services, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in a separate service agreement or quote provided to each customer.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
• A 50% deposit is required to schedule installation
• Balance is due upon completion of installation
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

4.1 Installation Schedule

Installation dates are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled for safety reasons.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14+ days before installation: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days: No refund

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to installation areas
• Ensure electrical outlets are functioning
• Clear installation areas of obstacles
• Inform us of any property-specific concerns
• Obtain HOA approval if required

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant our installation work for the entire season. If lights fail due to installation error, we will repair at no charge.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Damage from acts of nature or weather
• Pre-existing electrical issues
• Damage caused by third parties
• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Insurance and Indemnification

We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance. Customers agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their negligence or breach of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including designs, text, graphics, and logos, is our property and protected by copyright laws.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, except where prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
